Havruta offers unique services for religious and ultra-Orthodox LGBT individuals. These include a hotline that provides information and emotional support, referrals and financial assistance for psychological or social treatment, counseling and guidance from Orthodox rabbis within Havruta’s rabbinical community, and mentorship from trained group leaders who share similar backgrounds.
The organization also provides support for parents of LGBT individuals through peer guidance from other parents, as well as “Loneliness Relief” grants and funding for shared Shabbat and holiday meals — and much more.

All our volunteers receive dedicated training to listen with empathy and provide thoughtful, informed responses.
